George and Alice's Place Inc. opened it's doors October 19, 2012.

Store hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The fulfillment of a dream 20 years in the making.  We've been looking at this building for two and half years.   We finally got the building we wanted in a great area, fantastic stores, dining and places to stay all around us.

The logo for the store was coined after former Windsor Star cartoonist Bob Monks drew caricatures of us.  The store's name is a reference to our nicknames.  Larry sported long hair during his construction / teaching days and his construction co-workers dubbed him "Alice" and for reasons unknown Larry nickname Judy as "George"
